The HR department must go through a compliancy audit in the next few months by the Regional Office of Education. Because of that audit, HR has been going through the paperwork submitted by employees and has been sending some employees notices that paperwork is needed. Items such as missing transcripts, highly qualified documents, TB tests, etc.
There will be another reminder coming from HR soon to those individuals who are not in compliance. Please know that if HR has sent you a notice stating you need to turn in missing paperwork and you fail to do so…you WILL face possible suspension until that paperwork is turned in.
Please make every effort to work with HR and get the requested documents to them in a timely fashion. If you have not received a notice from HR, you meet the compliancy requirement and you do not need to worry.
